Personal information you disclose to us
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you register, set up your farm, subscribe to a plan, or contact us — such as your name, work email, farm name, country, and the farm profile details you enter (farm type, size, team size).
Information collected automatically
When you use the App we automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, and analytics about which features you use. We use first-party and analytics SDKs (e.g. Firebase, PostHog) for this purpose.
Information collected through the App
To deliver offline-first farm records, the App may request access to device features such as the camera (for photo logs), microphone (for voice notes), and approximate location (for GPS-tagged records). You can change these permissions anytime in your device settings.
2. How Do We Use Your Information?
- To create and manage your account and workspace.
- To deliver the Services — field and barn logging, CAP-ready exports, AI agronomic alerts, and margin dashboards.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions, including recurring billing.
- To respond to support requests and provide customer care.
- To improve the App, analyze usage trends, and evaluate our marketing — in aggregated or anonymized form where possible.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide the Services, to protect our rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We share data with third-party service providers who act on our behalf, such as:
- Infrastructure & Hosting: Firebase (Google LLC) for hosting, authentication, analytics, and crash reporting.
- Product analytics: PostHog for product usage analytics.
- Payments: our payment provider (Apple Pay / Google Play / Paddle) for subscription billing.
- Marketing: Facebook and Google for conversion tracking and remarketing, where you have consented.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this notice or as required by law (e.g. tax or accounting records). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
5. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to safeguard your data.
6. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
The App is intended for users at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. What Are Your Privacy Rights?
Depending on where you live (for example, in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. 8. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
There is no uniform standard for recognizing Do-Not-Track signals. We do not currently respond to them, but we will update this notice if a standard is adopted.
